As per IFRA regulations all perfumes are required to have to have an expiry date (As you’ll see on our boxes)

But if you store them correctly, like out of direct sun light. And not in hot and humid places, like your bathroom. They will last for many years.

Our bottles are gradient black, which does help preserve the scent from light. (You can still see the perfume inside) ;)

We understand that sometimes a scent may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the process of returns and refunds as seamless as possible. Here is our refund policy, designed for clarity and ease for our valued customers:

1. Return Time Frame: We accept returns within 14 days of the product's arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Condition for Samples: USED Sample sprays are NON REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE

3. Used Samples: Opened or used sample products are not eligible for return.

4. Returns: We offer easy returns at flat rate of £2.99 for postage label.

5. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for sample/travel sizes or products that have been opened or used, with the exception of sample sprays returned with all of the product remaining. These sales are final to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

7. How to return?: log into your account or use a “one time code” that will be sent to your email for self serve returns. That will be approved and return started.
